it was all a dream...

I look around online, I look outside of my box, outside of my city and school and I see exactly WHY change is important. I am seriously in a rut. A disgusting rut. And it’s time to escape. It’s time to start pushing myself, beyond the minimal challenge that comes each year in the form of a student with multiple labels. I am so prayerful that a new job comes along. I am so prayerful that a new building is open and welcoming to me, so that I can continue to build, nurture, hone in on, develop, my craft. Teaching is so amazing, because I can always, always, always find a better way to do it. Every year, I end the year with a list of things I will do differently/better the next year. I need change. Dear God, please bring me the change that I need and that will benefit me and the little ones I influence daily. Amen.
